BlomSupply ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

When you place an order or register on our site we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment details (processed securely by PayFast — we never store card numbers). We also collect browsing data (pages visited, device type) via cookies to improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders; send order confirmation and delivery updates; respond to support queries; send marketing communications (only with your consent); and improve our website and services.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business: PayFast (payment processing), The Courier Guy / Aramex (order delivery), and email service providers. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

5. Your Rights Under POPIA

6. Data Retention

We retain order records for 5 years as required by South African tax law. Marketing data is deleted upon unsubscribe. Account data is deleted upon request unless retention is required by law.

7. Security

Our site uses SSL/TLS encryption. Payments are processed via PayFast's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store card details on our servers.
