By using the BlomSupply website (blomsupply.co.za) or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our site.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from BlomSupply. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the customer is under 18.

2. Legal Compliance

All products are sold for private, personal use in accordance with South African law and the Constitutional Court ruling of 18 September 2018 (Minister of Justice v Prince). It is your responsibility to ensure your use of any product complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual items.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via PayFast. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, Ozow, and SnapScan. Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide via The Courier Guy and Aramex. Estimated delivery times are 1–5 business days depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of BlomSupply and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, BlomSupply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
