Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BlomSupply order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@blomsupply.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked courier service โ we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3โ5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. PayFast refunds may take an additional 2โ3 days to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or colours where stock is available. Contact us before returning the item to confirm availability of your preferred alternative.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened CBD oils, capsules, or edibles
- Opened nutrients or growing media
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalised orders
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
