    We deliver across South Africa via trusted courier partners. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging — no branding or product descriptions on the outside.

    1. Couriers

    We ship with The Courier Guy and Aramex depending on your location. Both services provide door-to-door delivery with tracking.

    Times are estimates from dispatch, not from order placement. Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on business days are typically dispatched same day.

    3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Orders over R500 qualify for free standard shipping.

    4. Discreet Packaging

    Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or bag. The sender name on the waybill will appear as a neutral business name — not "BlomSupply" or any cannabis-related name. Your bank statement will show a similarly neutral billing descriptor.

    5. Tracking

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use it to track your parcel on the courier's website. You can also WhatsApp us at +27 72 746 9972 for a status update.

    6. Delivery Failures

    If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery the following business day. After two failed attempts the parcel may be returned to us — re-delivery fees may apply.

    7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

    If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at support@blomsupply.co.za. We will open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
