Coins are added once your order is confirmed and payment is received. They appear in your account dashboard within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Do Blom Coins expire?
Coins are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any coins that haven't been redeemed will expire after this period. We'll send you a reminder before they expire.
What's the minimum balance I need to redeem?
You need a minimum of 100 coins (worth R10) to redeem. You can redeem in multiples of 100 — so 200 coins = R20 off, 500 coins = R50 off, and so on.
How do I move up to Silver or Gold tier?
Your tier is based on your total lifetime coin balance. Spend R500 to hit Silver tier (500 coins) and R2,000 cumulative to reach Gold (2,000 coins). Tiers are permanent once unlocked.
