Your bank or credit card statement will reflect BLOMSUPPLY — a neutral business name with no product category or description. The courier waybill uses your delivery address and our dispatch address only.
Delivery FAQs
What if I'm not home when the parcel arrives?
The courier will attempt delivery and leave a notification card. You can arrange re-delivery or collection from the nearest depot via the courier's tracking portal.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us via WhatsApp (+27 72 746 9972) or email as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address.
My parcel hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Use your tracking number to check the status. If the parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
No. We use private couriers that require a physical street address for delivery. Please provide a home or work address.
